A common slang for good, beautiful, handsome etc. actually the word dope describes what is considered better than great more beautiful than beautiful and perfectly satisfying. So Satisfying that it creates a eurphoric feeling.

People of a particular class or group.
Dope Gentry:
A group of exceptional people addicted to and satisfied by exceptional beauty and pure goodness.
